How much does Zagenda cost?
There are three plans: Free (R$ 0), Solo (R$ 49/month) and Team (R$ 149/month). Team includes 5 professionals and each extra professional costs R$ 25/month, with no limit. On the monthly cycle, paid plans come with a 7-day free trial. On the yearly cycle you pay 25% less, charged upfront: Solo R$ 441/year and Team R$ 1,341/year. Start free and switch whenever you want.
Is there a free plan?
Yes. The Free plan costs R$ 0 and includes 1 professional, a public page and schedule, the widget on your site, two-way Google Calendar and automatic deposits, with up to 40 unpaid bookings per month. Bookings paid online don't count toward the limit. On Free, online payment works via Mercado Pago only, with a 3.99% platform fee. It's the front door, no card required to start.
Do you keep a cut of my appointments?
On paid plans (Solo and Team) Zagenda's fee is 0%: R$ 10,000 in appointments is R$ 10,000 yours. Only the Free plan has a 3.99% platform fee, via Mercado Pago. The payment provider's usual processing fees apply separately.
What is the Revenue Engine?
It's the set of tools that fills your schedule: automatic deposits charge no-shows, the waitlist refills slots opened by cancellations and win-back reactivates clients who went quiet. The "recovered revenue" panel shows how much Zagenda brought back this month. Available on the Team plan.
Does the money land in my account?
Yes, directly. Payment goes from the client to your account at Mercado Pago, PagSeguro or Stripe, never through Zagenda's till. You're paid by the provider and only pay its usual fees. On paid plans Zagenda keeps no percentage.
Does it integrate with Google Calendar?
Yes, with two-way sync on every plan, including Free. Zagenda reads your events (keeping the details private) and removes those slots from your page, and new bookings land in your Google Calendar. Holidays and long weekends can be blocked in bulk too.
How do upfront payment and the deposit work?
The client pays (in full or a deposit) when booking, straight into your account at the payment provider. On Mercado Pago the money is additionally held in custody and released when you mark the appointment "done". Under the default policy, cancelling more than 24h ahead automatically refunds 100% to the client, and you can adjust the window and the retention per service. A no-show stops being a loss, because the deposit was already charged.
How do the waitlist and win-back work?
When a busy slot opens up after a cancellation, the waitlist notifies whoever wanted it and refills it on its own. Win-back spots clients who went quiet and invites them back. Together they recover revenue that would have walked away. Both are part of the Revenue Engine, on the Team plan.
Does Zagenda send automatic reminders?
Yes. The client gets an instant confirmation and an automatic e-mail reminder the day before the appointment, with nothing for you to remember. Less forgetting means fewer no-shows.
Do I need a website to use it?
No. Every account gets a public page (zagenda.me/u/you) that works as a link in your bio, in stories or in any message. The one-line widget is an extra for anyone with a site, blog or landing page who wants bookings embedded right there.
Do my clients need an account or an app?
Never. They book in about 30 seconds: pick a time, type name and e-mail and confirm with a 6-digit code. There's no app to download and no password to create. Rescheduling and cancelling happen through a magic link that arrives by e-mail.
Does it work for teams or clinics?
Yes, for teams of any size. The Team plan includes 5 professionals and each extra professional costs R$ 25/month, with no limit. Above 15 professionals, talk to us about a custom plan. Everyone shares one schedule, each with their own page, and bookings are distributed automatically round-robin or by lightest load.
Can I change plans later?
Yes, anytime. Upgrade as the business grows or downgrade if you need to, with no migration and no tool switch. You can also choose monthly or yearly billing, and the yearly cycle costs 25% less.
I see clients in other timezones. Is that a problem?
Not at all. Your page automatically adjusts times to each client's local time. No more "9 my time or 9 yours?" confusion, including online appointments with people outside Brazil.
